I’m Jake, a software engineer turned founder based in Irvine, California.
I previously worked at Amazon on Tier-0 systems handling 100k+ transactions per second, with infrastructure spanning 15+ AWS regions. My work covered distributed caching, reverse proxies, failure recovery, and deploying changes at that scale.
Working with my team, I built an internal caching service and a proxy fallback mechanism that kept services available when upstream systems failed. That work delivered $175M+ in annualized operational savings.

Today, I’m building apps independently. Separately, I combine engineering and marketing to help local business owners improve how they operate, increase revenue, and have more time for themselves.
